I have an obsession with goat cheese. It’s ridiculous how much I love the stuff. Seriously, I can eat it with a spoon and be satisfied. I can eat with crackers and call it dinner. I love it in things, on things, as a sauce. It’s just so effing good. That being said, I’m out of goat cheese right now and I could really go for some. Too bad I’m trapped in the house right now....
